Embroidery Set-Up

Embroidery “set-up” is the process of converting your logo or design artwork to a special digitized file that can be read by automated embroidery machines. The fee for this process is calculated using the actual number of stitches in the embroidered design. At Poloworks, this set-up fee is calculated at $25 per 1000 stitches. Typically, a left-chest-sized design for shirts or hats averages around $125 to $175.

Application Charges

At Poloworks, the cost of applying your embroidered designs to your item is included in the quoted price of that item.

How to Begin

1.) Send us a copy of your design (business card, stationery, or other artwork) so we can get a quote your actual set-up costs:

Email a file to: logo@poloworks.com (Windows EPS, GIF, JPEG, or PDF).

Or, if you don't have a file, either call us at 860-918-0848 to make other arrangements, or mail your artwork to:

2.) We'll email, fax, or mail you a set-up quote.

3.) As soon as you give us the go-ahead and some camera-ready artwork, we'll create your design in embroidery and send you a sample swatch for approval. We'll also provide you with apparel catalogs from which to select your new merchandise.
